Terms and Conditions

Your responsibilities when shopping, selling and using payments, subscriptions or account services on Rozare.

1. About Rozare

Rozare is the trading name of ROZARE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, the operator of https://rozare.com, registered in Pakistan. Registered business address: House/Plot No. 143, Street 8, Jinnah Block, Bahria Town, Lahore, Punjab 54000, Pakistan. The principal place of business is the same as the registered business address. These terms apply to the website, mobile app and supported messaging services. Contact support@rozare.com or +92 320 1166402 for support, or hello@rozare.com for company inquiries.

2. Accounts and agreement

Review these terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Delivery, Return and Refund, and Cancellation policies before placing an order or subscribing. Provide accurate account, billing and delivery details, protect your sign-in credentials and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Anyone below the age of legal majority may use Rozare only with the permission and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms, applicable law or safety rules.

3. Marketplace and seller responsibilities

Rozare is a multi-seller marketplace. The seller identified on a listing is responsible for the product, description, stock, fulfilment and applicable return and warranty terms. Sellers must offer lawful goods, accurate prices and clear delivery information. Listings are subject to content checks before publication. Different sellers in one order may dispatch separately. Any digital product must explain its content, access method and delivery terms before purchase. Rozare facilitates checkout, order records, after-sales requests and support; contact us if an issue cannot be resolved with the seller.

4. Products, options and order confirmation

Check the product, selected options, quantities, seller, delivery method, currency, discounts and total before placing an order. Different variants of one product may appear as separate order lines. Rozare rechecks prices, stock and eligibility at checkout and saves the confirmed order amounts and item policies. Online orders are confirmed only after payment is verified. COD orders may require the buyer confirmation shown in the order. If a collected payment cannot be applied to a valid purchase, Rozare verifies it and arranges the applicable refund or payment review.

5. Payment methods and currency

Safepay processes card payments and eligible PKR Raast payments. Raast requires a supported Pakistani banking or wallet app and is available only where offered. Rozare Wallet and Cash on Delivery are available when eligible. One checkout uses one payment method and currency; COD is unavailable if any seller in the cart accepts online payment only. Review the final product, shipping and tax total after discounts. Another-currency checkout uses the saved checkout conversion rates; your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges. Wallet balances in USD, PKR, EUR and GBP stay separate and are not automatically converted. Sandbox-labelled payments are tests; live payments can charge real funds even while the platform is in its testing phase.

6. Saving and using cards

Card numbers and security codes are entered in Safepay’s secure fields. Rozare stores a provider reference, masked card information and consent records, not your full card number or CVV. Choose “Save this card to Rozare” during a new-card purchase to add the verified card to Saved Cards after successful payment. Leaving it unchecked does not add that card for future Rozare purchases. You can also add a card separately from Saved Cards. Newly saved cards become the checkout default unless you make a later manual selection. Your bank may still require verification on a future payment. Manage cards and the default from Saved Cards or Payment Methods. A card used for active subscription billing may need to be replaced before removal. Changing the checkout default does not automatically change a subscription’s billing card. Cards saved only to Safepay’s separate shopper service are not automatically imported.

7. Seller subscriptions

Seller plans, recurring prices, currency, introductory eligibility and optional add-ons are displayed before you agree. Subscriptions require a separate recurring-payment agreement and use card payments, not Raast. Saving a card or paying for a product does not start a seller subscription. Review any upgrade, downgrade or retry quote before confirming. A failed payment does not count as a successful renewal. For eligible failed renewals, Rozare schedules four collection attempts in total on days 1, 3, 5 and 7. Retries on days 3, 5 and 7 are scheduled for 9 a.m. Pakistan time. Your existing plan and store remain active until the end of day 7; if the renewal remains unpaid, the subscription is then cancelled and the store is hidden, while seller data is preserved. Failure notices include the next attempt or final cancellation deadline. Update the subscription billing card or explicitly retry in Seller Dashboard → Subscription before that deadline. A verified successful payment stops the remaining automatic attempts and keeps the original billing period. An unknown or in-progress provider result is verified before another charge or final cancellation; an expired recovery period does not extend access while verification is pending. A prolonged scheduling outage may require review rather than compressed retries or collection for an old period. Initial enrollment failures do not start a paid plan or the renewal recovery period. Changing the checkout default does not change the subscription billing card. Cancel automatic renewal before the next billing date; access continues until the displayed period ends. Founder-rate and bonus consequences are shown before confirmation. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund past subscription charges.

8. Seller online earnings and deductions

New Safepay-paid and Rozare Wallet-paid marketplace orders have a combined seller processing fee + tax deduction of 6.2% of the paid checkout total plus PKR30 once per checkout, capped at that total. The checkout total includes allocated shipping and tax after discounts. Multi-seller orders share the deduction proportionally; PKR30 is not charged separately to every seller or product. Other currencies use the saved checkout conversion rate. This is Rozare’s fixed deduction policy, not a statement of Safepay’s exact invoice or an individual seller tax assessment. COD revenue is excluded from this online deduction. Each seller’s Order Details shows their gross amount, processing fee + tax and net amount. Withdrawals do not charge this deduction again. Existing orders retain their saved financial terms.

9. Seller balances, analytics and withdrawals

Payments shows current online funds, holds and withdrawal status. Online funds become available after delivery, the saved return deadline and resolution of any applicable hold; an on-time unresolved return keeps its affected funds held. Analytics shows historical revenue, not money available to withdraw. All-time totals are independent of its date filter; selected-period revenue uses orders placed in the displayed UTC calendar-day period. Withdrawals reserve available net funds once and are sent to the saved payout account after admin review and transfer confirmation. A pending request is awaiting review; processing means the transfer workflow has begun, not that payment is confirmed. Refunds, verified reversals and existing reservations affect availability. COD collections are handled directly by the seller. Balances retain their earned currencies when the store currency changes; a reporting conversion does not create additional withdrawable money.

10. Payment disputes, reversals and shortfalls

An external bank or payment-provider dispute is separate from an ordinary product return and may arise after the return window. When Rozare verifies a payment risk, affected funds or withdrawals may be held while it is reviewed. An administrator records the final provider decision with supporting evidence; this is not an arbitrary new fee. A resolved case in favour of the payment releases its associated hold, subject to any other holds. A confirmed funding loss or verified refund can reduce the affected seller’s earnings through the recorded reversal or adjustment without counting the same loss twice. If money already withdrawn exceeds the remaining eligible balance, a balance deficit can result. Future eligible earnings first cover that shortfall; the deficit is not another withdrawal charge. Contact support with the order or payment reference and relevant evidence if you dispute an adjustment.

11. Cancellations, returns and warranties

The Shipping and Delivery, Return and Refund, and Cancellation policies form part of these terms. They explain cancellation eligibility, refund destinations, any applicable card-cancellation deduction, return approval, replacement delivery and warranty claims. Item policies saved with the purchase control the return window and any included warranty; later listing changes do not rewrite them. A warranty claim alone does not hold seller earnings. Closing a payment screen does not cancel an order or prove payment failure. Check the verified status before paying again. Seller policies and Wallet-resolution wording do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

12. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not list illegal or counterfeit goods, commit fraud, impersonate others, harass users, submit misleading claims or interfere with platform security. Rozare may review, restrict or remove violating content. Rozare and its licensors own the platform software, branding and designs. You retain rights in uploaded content and grant the permissions needed to host, display and operate it through the platform. AI assistance can make mistakes; review the actual product, order, quote and confirmation before approving an action.

13. Complaints and support

Contact support@rozare.com or +92 320 1166402 with your order, return, warranty, withdrawal or subscription reference and a clear explanation. Provide relevant photographs or delivery and payment records where needed. Never send passwords, full card numbers, CVV or OTPs to support or the AI. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 7 business days. If an investigation takes longer, we explain the reason and next update. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan.

14. Responsibility and consumer rights

Rozare aims to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or events outside its control. Each party remains responsible for its own obligations and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not exclude responsibility for fraud or remove mandatory rights concerning faulty goods, non-delivery, refunds or other applicable protections.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The competent courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, including applicable consumer courts where required by law, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. Nothing here prevents you from using a mandatory forum or remedy available under applicable law.

16. Policy updates

We publish the current version and update date here and notify users of material changes where required. Existing purchases retain their saved prices, currency, item policies and payment agreements. A policy update does not silently change a completed transaction’s accepted terms.
