Frequently asked questions

Clear answers for shopping and selling on Rozare.

Shopping

How do I create an account?

Choose Sign Up and register with your email, or continue with Google. Verify your email when requested, then add your delivery details to make checkout easier.

How do I find products?

Search by product or brand, browse categories or stores, or ask Rozare AI. Use the available location, price and category filters to narrow the results.

Can I buy different options of the same product?

Yes. Choose each colour, size or other required combination and add it separately. Each combination has its own cart quantity. Edit an existing cart line to change its options; adding another combination is a separate action.

Can I save products for later?

Select the heart on a product to save it to your Wishlist or Favorites. Sign in to keep saved products available across your devices.

Payments and Saved Cards

What payment methods can I use?

Use Safepay card, Raast where offered for a PKR payment, Rozare Wallet or eligible Cash on Delivery. One order uses one payment method. COD is available only when every seller in the cart allows it.

How does Rozare Wallet work?

Add funds through an available Safepay method and use them for purchases on Rozare. USD, PKR, EUR and GBP balances stay separate. You need enough balance in the exact checkout currency; buyer Wallet credits are not automatically withdrawable to a bank account.

Will a card saved at checkout appear in Saved Cards?

Yes. Choose Save this card to Rozare during a new-card purchase. After successful payment and verification, it appears in Saved Cards or Payment Methods and normally becomes the checkout default. Leave Save unchecked to pay without adding that card. Safepay keeps the full card details.

Does saving a card start a subscription?

No. Seller subscriptions require their own recurring-payment agreement. Your checkout default and subscription billing card are separate selections. Manage saved cards in your account and change a subscription card from Seller Dashboard → Subscription.

What if I close checkout or payment is still pending?

Check the same payment from Rozare before paying again. Closing the screen is not proof of cancellation or failure. Resume the existing attempt only when Rozare offers it; contact support if the verified status remains unclear.

What amount will I pay?

Review the final checkout total, including products, selected delivery, tax and discounts. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges. Refund destinations and any buyer-requested original-card cancellation deduction are explained in the linked policies.

Shipping and Tracking

When will my order arrive?

Use the delivery estimate shown for the shipping method you choose. Each seller sets their available methods and may send a separate shipment. Track each seller’s items in My Orders → Order Details.

Can I order from another country?

Availability depends on the seller’s delivery coverage and your actual address. A Global browsing setting or another display currency does not guarantee international delivery. Check the checkout options and any destination requirements before ordering.

Returns, Replacements and Warranties

Which return policy applies to my purchase?

The policy saved with the purchased item sets the return deadline and whether the resolution is a Wallet refund or replacement. A later change to the listing does not replace those saved terms. Check the item in Order Details.

How do I request a return?

Open the delivered order, choose Request Return, select the eligible items and quantities, explain the issue and attach 1 to 6 photos. The seller approves or rejects the request with a written reason before you send the items back.

Where will my return refund go?

An approved post-delivery money refund goes to Rozare Wallet in the original order currency after the return process and refund funding are verified. It is not automatically returned to the original card or bank account. Approval alone is not a completed refund.

How does a replacement work?

Submit a return under the item’s replacement policy, with the reason and photos. After approval and any required collection and inspection, the seller ships the replacement and records its shipment details. Confirm receipt after delivery. A replacement does not also create a money refund.

How do I claim a product warranty?

For an item sold with warranty, open its delivered order and choose Claim Warranty before the saved deadline. Explain the fault and upload 1 to 6 photos. The seller states a Wallet refund or replacement before approving, or gives a written rejection reason.

Can I appeal after the warranty has expired?

You can appeal a rejected claim that you originally submitted on time. Use Appeal on that same claim and provide your explanation and photos. A replacement or appeal does not restart the warranty period, and a new late claim is not the same as an appeal.

Can I cancel before shipment?

Yes, eligible unshipped seller portions can be cancelled without seller approval. Wallet and Raast cancellations refund fully to Wallet. Card-paid orders offer a full Wallet refund or an original-card refund less the quote shown before confirmation. Shipped items use the eligible return process instead.

Selling and Earnings

How do I start selling?

Open Become a Seller, complete the required store and business details and verify your WhatsApp number. Eligible new sellers receive the trial shown during activation. Manage the store through Seller Dashboard and supported AI or WhatsApp tools.

What fees apply to sellers?

Review the current plan and optional add-on prices in Subscription. New Safepay and Wallet marketplace orders also have a combined processing fee + tax deduction of 6.2% plus PKR30 once per checkout, shared proportionally between sellers. COD is excluded from that online deduction; withdrawal does not charge it again.

When can I withdraw online earnings?

Payments shows the available balance after delivery, the saved return deadline, applicable holds and previous reservations. Save a payout account accepting the same currency, then request an eligible withdrawal. Admin review and transfer confirmation are required; a pending request is not a completed payout.

Why are Analytics totals different from Payments?

Analytics reports historical revenue, not cash available to withdraw. Its all-time totals stay unchanged by the date filter; selected-period totals use orders placed in the displayed UTC period. Payments reflects current net funds, holds, refunds, reversals and withdrawal reservations.

What are payment reversals and balance deficits?

A verified refund or confirmed external payment loss can reduce affected earnings. Disputed funds may be held while the provider decision is reviewed with evidence. If those earnings were already withdrawn, a shortfall can remain; future eligible earnings cover it first. This is separate from the normal processing fee.

Does a warranty claim hold my earnings?

No. A warranty claim alone creates no earnings hold. If you approve a Wallet refund, complete the case and fund the verified refund from eligible earnings or Safepay. If you approve replacement, ship it and update the case instead.

Trust, Privacy and Support

Does a trust count mean a store is verified?

No. Trust counts reflect user feedback. A verified badge is a separate status granted after admin review; neither replaces checking the listing, seller terms and order details.

How can a store become verified?

The seller applies from Seller Dashboard → Store Settings → Verification with the requested contact details and explanation. An admin reviews the application before granting a verified badge. A trust count or subdomain alone does not grant verification.

How does Rozare handle my data?

Rozare uses account, order and service data to operate the marketplace. Safepay handles full card details; Rozare keeps references, masked details and payment records. The Privacy Policy explains AI, photos, notifications, service providers and your privacy choices.

How do I get help with a payment or claim?

Contact support with the order and payment, return or warranty reference and relevant evidence. Never send passwords, full card numbers, CVV or OTPs. Use the recorded order or case status rather than assuming a message alone completed an action.
